Baby Princess.jpgUnlike Jordan's sprog, this little Princess is truly worthy of the prestigious moniker.

After all, her dad Moses Kelly Paterson is a tribal chief back in his native Ghana, where his responsibilities include settling family disputes.

wheelchairs-on-ice-1.jpgThanks to Help a London Child, members of Chiswick-based voluntary organisation Parents in Touch made their way to Haven Green in Ealing to take part in a fabulous wheelchair session on the open air rink, alongside family and other members who supposedly had two good legs.

Wheelchair-users took advantage for once as they sped around the rink with some expert guidance whilst those on skates struggled to get round in one piece.

xmas-card-MC.jpgMerry Christmas from everyone at www.hounslowchronicle.co.uk

I have always been fascinated by travel, writes Chronicle reader Mr C Panks.

As a working class kid in Watford in the 1960s, my little bro and I bundled into the back of Dad's old Anglia van and we drove up to Norfolk where we had family.

My memories are of sitting on cold grey dunes, shivering in swimming trunks and cardie, eating ham sandwiches with sand in them, gazing watery eyed out across the North Sea at the oil rigs being towed out.

Pensioners Alone at Christmas will lay on a festive feast at Hounslow Youth Centre in Kingsley Road, Hounslow, on Thursday, when visitors can also enjoy live music, comedy and games.

Pupils dressed as angels, shepherds and wise men visited Cloisters care home in Bath Road, Hounslow, this week.

Futsal.jpgSports lovers have been urged to head for Lampton Park and test their skills at a new brand of football which is sweeping the globe.

Futsal - like five-a-side soccer but with smaller, less bouncy balls - is already huge in parts of Europe and South America, but has been slow to catch on in the UK.

St-Marks-OAP-party.jpgGenerous pupils at St Mark's Catholic School put a smile on the faces of elderly residents by throwing them a Christmas bash last week.

Youngsters invited dozens of pensioners from across the borough to the secondary school in Bath Road, Hounslow, last Wednesday afternoon.
